📢 Join me, and change your life and the life of a woman facing extreme poverty!

On 17th November 2021, I took part in the WLACoachathon , a 24-hour, global coaching marathon, to offer coaching sessions in return for a donation to MicroLoan Foundation. We fundraised over £20,000 which supported more than 800 women facing poverty in sub-Saharan Africa with loans and training to build small businesses.

With a steady income, they can afford nutritious food, healthcare and education for an estimated 3,200 children in their care. This is the transformational power of coaching!

MicroLoanFoundation supports women in sub-Saharan Africa to start their own small business, generating an income to:
·        feed her family
·        pay for healthcare
·        send her children to school

A heartfelt thanks to all my coachees to  get involved to #support this amazing cause with me!

Sezen Oznacar was a guest speaker at Manager World Summit

We are excited to announce that Sezen Oznacar was invited at Manager World Summit event on 13-17 September 2021.👏👏👏

This global event was for people-managers and Sezen shared her expertise and passion about “Leading across Cultures” on Monday 13th September.

She helped her audience build their cultural competence to lead across cultures successfully and celebrate the cultural differences🎉

It was a great success and the feedback from her audience was simply GREAT!

Globalization has radically altered the way we do business; if we look around, nowadays most businesses are on a worldwide scale and constant mutations are continuous.

Therefore, this makes it common to manage business functions in other countries with matrixed reporting lines or to lead teams  at home who have different cultural backgrounds, whom respond to different management styles.

Acknowledge and celebrate rather than tolerate the cultural differences!
